Molly Walsh, Principal, STANDOUT Consulting
Molly Walsh is a certified executive and career coach committed to helping individuals identify and reach their career goals through personalized and strategic guidance. She specializes in executive and career coaching, career transitions, job search strategy, workforce re-entry, and personal branding. Her strengths also include non-profit board engagement, leadership training and extensive fundraising expertise.
As Principal of STANDOUT Consulting, Molly enjoys working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including attorneys, IT professionals, creative arts professionals, entrepreneurs, journalists, and non-profit executives and board members.
Molly holds a Master’s in Education from DePaul University and a B.A. from Loyola University. She is a graduate of the Weatherhead School of Management Executive Coaching Program at Case Western Reserve University, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation, Cleveland Chapter. She is certified in the Emotional and Social Competence Inventory, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessment tool.
Her prior positions include Director of Donor Relations for Case Western Reserve University and Director of Development for the Nature Center at Shaker Lakes. She has consulted for Case Western Reserve University’s Career Center, and provides coaching expertise for the YWCA of Cleveland’s Momentum Program. She has also been a featured speaker at the Cleveland Foundation.
Molly was recognized as a 2012 Community Leader of the Year by the Arthritis Foundation, where she is a board member and executive committee member. She serves on the board of the City Club of Cleveland, and has held volunteer leadership positions with numerous organizations, including the American Red Cross of Northeast Ohio and Playhouse Square.
With more than 20 years’ experience managing people and projects, Molly has a proven track record of setting and achieving goals, building individual and institutional relationships, and maximizing performance.
